Meaghan is a community development consultant who offers broad reaching experience in community economic development, capacity building, governance, partnership development, project management, marketing and communications.
Meaghan’s community board experience includes serving as a School Trustee in SD #71 (1999-2002), a Director of the BC School Trustees Association (2001-2002), a Governor at North Island College (1996-2002). She has also served on the boards of the Comox Valley Art Gallery (2000-2006), Cumberland Community Forest Society (2005-2008), the Cumberland Museum and Archives (2007-2009) and Cumberland Chamber of Commerce 2007-2012. She is currently a member of the Advisory Planning Commission for the Village of Cumberland.
Meaghan is a tireless champion of community building, and relationship building projects and initiatives. She is a high energy presenter, facilitator, manager, workshop leader and project animator who inspires, informs and excites participants and clients.
Meaghan has lived, worked, made music and served community in the Comox Valley for the past 22 years. She currently resides with her partner Bobby and daughter Cadence in the Village of Cumberland.
